Client Setup / Demographics
Each client is entered in the system one time. All required personal data and supporting demographic information is added in an easy to use Setup Screen!
Client Enrollments - Expanded (California +)
Client Enrollments - Basic (Florida +)
Clients can have unlimited enrollments with linked classes, group sessions and face-to-face appointments assigned. The screens walk the staff through the intake process from initial setup through assignments, billing and reports.
All the usual program charges are preassigned as defaults for each enrollment type. Additional charges such as Missed Appointments, Transfers and Late Fees can be added anytime and even set as automatically billed items when posting No Shows or PreArranged Cancellations.
Payment Posting is included as part of the fully Debit / Credit balanced, Integrated Accounting Module. Client Histories, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Quarterly State reports and much more are available at a button press!
